Common Questions
Voice isn't working - what should I do?
Make sure microphone permissions are enabled in your device settings. Check that your internet connection is stable and try restarting the app.
How do I add more children?
Go to Settings → Manage Child Profiles → Add New Child. You can add up to 6 child profiles per account.
Can Santa remember previous conversations?
Yes! Santa has context from recent conversations with each child, creating a more personalized experience.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings → Account → Subscription and tap "Cancel Subscription". Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
Is my child's data safe?
We're built for COPPA compliance, encrypt data in transit and at rest, and let you control retention: transcripts are deleted after 30 days by default, and the Privacy settings slider goes from "never save" to 90 days. We are not end-to-end encrypted — we read transcripts to build your wish list.
